Drawing from the Collection for Children
This free gallery program is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 10. Offered the first Sunday of each month, the program is led by an artist who takes participants through informal drawing exercises in relation to works in the collection. Bring a sketchbook and pencils or purchase materials from The Modern Shop. Attendance is limited to 15 participants, so arrive early to sign up at the information desk to ensure your place!

Wonderful Wednesdays
This free gallery program for families is designed as an informal introduction to the collection and special exhibitions. Offered once a month, Wonderful Wednesdays consists of a focused tour that is accompanied by a gallery project created by the Modern's education staff. Meet at the admission desk to sign in. Limited to 20 participants.

Tours
Tours led by Museum-trained docents provide a dynamic experience based on close viewing, analysis, and interaction. All tours are free for Modern members and free to the public with admission to the galleries. All group tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the requested date. Groups with special needs are welcome. For information or to schedule a tour, please contact the Tour Coordinator at 817.840.2119 or tours@themodern.org.
Public Tours
Docent-led tours are offered Tuesday through Sunday at 2 pm. On Wednesdays and the first Sunday of each month, when gallery admission is free to the public, tours are available at 11 am and 2 pm. These tours do not require prior arrangements and begin in the museum lobby.
Spanish-language Tours
Docent-led tours in Spanish are offered at 2 pm on the first Sunday of each month, when gallery admission is free. These tours are open to the public and do not require prior arrangements. Docents are also available to conduct private Spanish-language tours when reservations are made at least two weeks in advance.
